If you like our work and would like to know a bit more, then drop us an email or give us a call (details on our contact page). In most cases we will reply to you as soon we can but please allow up to 48 hours.
After some emails back and fourth, we'll arrange to meet you and your other half. This is a casual affair and always includes coffee and buns. During this time we can discuss your needs and any thoughts you might have about your stationery. We believe it's really important that both of you are involved in this part of the process as we want to get to know you both. At this stage, you're not obligated whatsoever to work with Keady Row.
After our chat you can expect an email proposal in the following few days. This will give you a breakdown of design and print costs. Once you're happy with this, we can get cracking!
This is the exciting part! We send you our designs 3-4 weeks after you agree with the proposal. We will normally send you two unique ideas, sometimes it could be just the one and sometimes it could multiple variations of the same idea...it all depends really.
You come back to us with your preferred option and any other feedback you might have.
We will make any tweaks and send you final proofs for sign off. If your stationery includes any special printing techniques such as foil blocking, embossing etc we will send you physical samples and proofs just so you know exactly what to expect.
This is normally 2 weeks after final sign off but it can be longer if special print finishes are involved.
